is the weekly Rock'n'Roll program on the legendary Radio Caroline's Flashback Channel. It's presented by Dell Richardson, often assisted by Dell's wife Karen

It's on the air every Friday from 6pm - 8pm. (UK time). Dell plays the best classic and modern Rock'n'Roll and Rockabilly music, reads requests and dedications, plugs up-coming gigs, and there's a competition every week.

Sometimes there are special guests from the world of Rock'n'Roll, and bands playing live in the studio.
