He worked in the early days as right-hand-man to Norrie Paramor. He was the guy that got Helen Shapiro started as a young teenager, and he worked for Columbia, Oriole and Pye Records and later, in the seventies, even produced an album by Crazy Cavan.
He has written a book about his experiences, called 'Sex and Violins', ISBN 978-1906710644, published by Pen Press.
